THE QUIZ
MEET TANA
I'm a backcountry snowmobile athlete and entrepreneur who's spent my career translating mountain wisdom into real-world success. Based in Jackson Hole, I've built businesses and a life centered around the belief that community-building is the foundation of anything worth doing.
My approach is straightforward: understanding how different people naturally lead and influence others helps you build aligned communities that actually show up.
More than dropping into fresh powder or navigating new terrain—what really excites me is watching someone discover their own capacity for leadership and influence— it's what gets me out of bed in the morning.
When I'm not bringing people together on ILLA or in the backcountry, I'm helping others discover their natural leadership style and specific strategies for building communities that actually show up. Because I've learned that the best lines—in mountains or in life—rarely follow the marked trail, and having the right people in your corner changes everything.
